This client had unrealistic expectations after previous listings failed . He seemed to be a troubled client that did not have internet access when needed. His focus was retaining buyers earnest money instead of making sure property would pass municipal inspections. however, the troubled client was referred to broker and our team sold in less than 90 days at agreed appraised price, meeting his goal on time frame and price.
