Over the years I have learned, some sellers feel their property is worth more than it is, especially when we had a boom in sales, price increases from 2020 to 2024. The Tucson residential real estate market has slowed down tremendously this year. I am proud we were able to get you the highest price per SqFt of any 2 bed/2 bath home in the entire subdivision this year, with you out of state for the transaction as well.
