I was the listing agent on this transaction and did not represent you as the buyer. You were represented by your own agent at the time, and the decisions regarding your offer and due diligence were made between you and your agent. As a listing agent, my responsibility is to market the property and facilitate communication between parties—not to advise buyers on inspections, repairs, or the condition of the home.
