Dear Sir, I am a Lawyer by education. I am aware of and abide by the law. As a practice, I keep proof of Every statement & Every action of mine. Lennar representatives did mention their restrictive guidelines explaining when the unit is still undergoing the inspections/walk-throughs from the city, real estate agents are not allowed during that time. Reg my commission: My broker never encouraged me to give the buyers large amounts of cash back. That was the company policy.. Rather than give cash back, I work very hard for my clients and negotiate as best as possible. All of my 5/5 star reviews demonstrate my professionalism. Out of goodwill, I still shared a part of it with you. Since you are now publicly using misleading information via this review, I strongly advise you to stop harassing me. Warm regards,
