I don’t believe in airing dirty laundry in public. I do feel in this case, I must address Martin Drumm’s review. I will mention that the title of this review is an untruth. His home did in fact receive a contract for sale while listed with my brokerage. I have a small brokerage and no business owner would behave the way he described his experience. There are discrepancies and missing information to the incident that his version describes. If anyone would like to contact me to discuss in full please feel free to reach out. Also, all of my listings have the seller’s contact information and you are more than welcome to reach out to any of them and ask them about their experience. If you are in business long enough you come across all kinds of people. I guess it was my turn to have an implacable client.
