    Thank you for sharing your feedback. I would like to clarify the timeline and events to ensure full transparency for all parties involved. After all conversations, showings, and reviews, I approved the application and agreed to proceed with the lease. The landlords and the prospective tenant communicated directly and mutually agreed on a move-in date and time. However, shortly after, the landlords became uncertain about the closing date of their new home and decided not to sign the lease. This unexpected change created confusion regarding when, where, and how the move-in would take place. Due to the delays and uncertainty, the prospective tenant understandably became anxious and informed us that she was no longer interested. As of now, the landlords still do not have a firm closing or move-out date, despite the initial verbal agreement made to the prospect tenant. Based on that verbal agreement, our team removed the listing from Zillow, paused marketing, and confirmed internally that there would be no further showings. Additional Relevant Details Yesterday, I reached out to the prospect tenant to see if she might be open to considering another available unit. Shortly afterward, it became clear that she no longer wished to proceed as they renewed their old lease. Later that evening, I noticed a review had been posted, and I discussed the situation in detail internally to ensure full understanding. I encouraged all parties to communicate openly and professionally to make sure the prospect tenant felt fully supported. Although the miscommunication stemmed from the landlords’ sudden uncertainty about their move-out timeline, closing dates from Lender processing and Builder, SIRIS Realty Group takes full responsibility for maintaining professionalism and communication throughout the process. We reached out to all parties promptly and managed the situation to the best of our ability with the information provided to us.
