From the very start, your sale was one of the more complex transactions I’ve had recently, with several factors outside of either of our control that made the process more challenging. The timing of the market played a big role, as did the changes in local conditions since you purchased the home just a few years ago. Those shifts made it difficult to position the property in a way that would fully recoup your original investment, and I know that reality was frustrating. There were also other hurdles along the way that required careful coordination, problem-solving, and persistence to keep things moving. My focus throughout was to guide you through those challenges, communicate openly about the realities of the market, and work toward our shared goal — getting your home sold. While the path wasn’t always smooth, we did achieve that goal, and in fact, we were able to sell your home when other surrounding properties remain on the market even today. I understand the process may not have felt ideal from your perspective, and I respect that selling a home can be emotional, especially in a shifting market. Please know that my intent was always to represent your best interests, navigate the tough parts alongside you, and deliver the strongest result possible given the circumstances.
