It's truly startling that this review was posted 4 years after this client bought her home with me. I treat all my clients with the utmost respect whether they're spending $100,000 or $500,000. I've been a Realtor since 2000 and have only ever sold 2 homes over $700,000, so I had no expectations that this client was going to be purchasing anything out of the ordinary. I never threw keys at anyone! I always give thank you notes and gifts at closing, and this sale was concluded in the same manner. I'm sorry that after all this time she has some regrets about the purchase for whatever reason. I have many other very satisfied clients who continue to refer me and recommend me to others.
