I'd like to clarify that the first request for information on the roof warranty was received at 7 p.m. the day before closing, and we promptly provided the necessary details on the same day. Prior to this, there was no mention of such inquiries, nor during the extensive periods we accommodated you for contractor meetings at the property when the realtor representing you was not available. As the listing agent, my primary responsibility is to represent the Seller and market the property based on their provided information. While we utilize multiple channels to present properties accurately, it's the responsibility of the buyer and their agent to verify all details and conduct thorough due diligence. I understand your frustration, but it's important to note that the specifics you're dissatisfied with weren't outlined in our contract. The successful closing of the property indicates that all contractual obligations were met. You were provided with all the details regarding the roof warranty terms and conditions before closing, and you chose to proceed with the closing, indicating your acceptance of them. Any further concerns regarding the property should be addressed to your buyer agent, who is tasked with representing your interests. Once again, I apologize for any inconvenience you've experienced, and I hope your buyer agent can assist you in resolving any outstanding issues.
