Wilder was born and raised here in East Texas, in Winnsboro. An outdoorsman at heart, he has spent his entire life ranching, roping, hunting and fishing. He studied Geology in college and utilized his knowledge of geology and chemistry in his previous career as a Mud Engineer in the oil field.
