Enlarged our kitchen by 5 feet with breaking down a weight bearing wall. Creating an open concept dining and kitchen area; building a new addition to the back of the house with a master bathroom and closet and adding a screened in patio in the backyard. He is also replacing our windows throughout the house.

Wydel inspected our home periodically throughout the building process. He would find lists and lists of items not done according to the building plans and to code. These items were never found by the home builders superintendant or the home builders inspector or the city inspector. Wydel would then compile a report and speak to the superintendant and get him to fix these items before moving on to a new stage in the building process (before it was too late).
