Rosario, Ross Falvo was born and raised in Naples, Italy. He studied hotel management and traveled around Europe working in exclusive hotels and restaurants.
He also studied languages including German, Spanish and English. After owning and operating 3 Italian restaurants in the Bavarian region of Germany for ten years, he moved to California in 1989.
