Aloha, I'm Zain.

I'm a licensed Realtor with Talk Realty working across O'ahu, and I come to

this from the investor side. For over seven years I've built and managed my

own real estate investments, with a focus on short term rentals. So when we

walk a property, I'm not only looking at the finishes. I'm looking at what it

costs to hold, what it can realistically earn, and whether those numbers hold

up in a slow season.
