    Dear Zahra, Thank you for your feedback. While it’s never easy to see a negative review—especially one that misrepresents the facts—I believe it’s important to respond clearly and respectfully. It was a pleasure working with you initially and helping prepare your home for property management. The home was officially listed on October 17, and within two weeks, we secured a well-qualified tenant who had completed their application, background, and income verification. Upon informing you of this great tenant, you let us know—at the last minute—that you intended to rent to friends for a few months instead. As a result, we had to inform the approved tenant that we would not be moving forward. You asked us to pause the listing until after the holidays, with the plan to re-list once your friends moved out. However, when your friends ultimately backed out, you asked us if the previously qualified tenant was still interested. By that time, unfortunately, they had secured another home. As instructed, we withdrew the listing on November 12 as a “withdraw conditional", just 27 days after it went live. Several months later, after an unsuccessful attempt to rent the property on your own, you requested to be released from the property management agreement you had previously reviewed, had asked questions, and agreed to—specifically acknowledging the terms of the cancellation fee in writing. That cancellation fee does not even recoup the actual expenses incurred: property cleaning, professional photography, marketing, listing fees, and time spent conducting multiple showings. Despite this, I offered to reduce the fee by 50% in good faith. This situation wasn’t due to any lack of service, failure to find a tenant, or inaction on my part. In fact, the opposite occurred—we acted promptly, professionally, and transparently throughout. It is deeply disappointing that rather than honor the agreement or engage in further professional dialogue, you chose to share false and damaging information online. While we’ve offered to resolve matters amicably, I must be clear: continued defamatory comments or misrepresentations/false narratives may leave us no choice but to pursue legal remedies.
