I knew right away that this house was going to be home for the Dotson's! This house is located on an incredible block in the heart of Deerfield perfect for hopping on the Metra and heading downtown or walking around the Farmer's market on the weekend over the Summer. I know that this is going to be a happy home for many years to come! What an absolute pleasure to get to work with them!

Steve's sale went very smooth and according to plan in large part because Steve was on top of getting all the paperwork that was needed when requested. I work with seller's of short sales quite frequently and have a high success rate of getting the sale approved because of my proven strategy that I use with the banks. I am always accepting new short sales and am happy to work with the lender(s) on your behalf and negotiate the sale for you!
