Hi Chanthavone, I truly apologize again for the scheduling mix-up. When you were first referred to me, the tour was booked on my calendar for the 6th per the original request. We then agreed to Monday at 3 PM, and I mistakenly didn’t update my calendar, which I take full accountability for. I completely understand your frustration and regret the inconvenience it caused. This was an honest mistake and not reflective of the level of service, preparation, and communication I provide my clients every day. I understand how disappointing it can be to miss an opportunity, and I always work diligently to help my clients move quickly when a home they love becomes available.
