Hi Jack, I am confused by your recent review that you wrote over a year after the transaction closed. Your feelings about me as a Realtor appear to be much different in this 5 Star review posted on REALTOR.com this past Feb. 2021 where you state that I am “exactly the kind of realtor you needed” and how thankful you were for my help. The complaints that you state about not meeting contractors are exactly what you praise me for in the REALTOR.com review. I can only assume that my rejection of your romantic advances had something to do with your most recent and unwarranted attack on my professional reputation. Jack Bobeck Feb 15, 2021 Bought home in Jacksonville 2020 Adele was exactly the kind of agent I needed for my first house after my divorce. I had hired her because I was looking for someone that was not from where I was looking. She approached the search exactly as I asked her, and she followed up with me on options and ideas about offers. When we did make the offer, she was on top of the transaction with the other agent, she stayed in touch with the mortgage company and because it was a 203k deal, she even met the contractors here to assist them in entering and exiting the property. She went above and beyond for me. She is the reason I have my great house. I am thankful for her help!
