It looks like I have no choice but to give a public response to this review (sigh). Zillow is supposed to be a review platform for actual clients & customers, and not disgruntled former tenants with unrealistic expectations of others. This was an unfair review with an inaccurate description of events that led to the real reason you decided to take the time to write a negative review about me 4 1/2 months after you moved out.
