Thank you for the opportunity to show you a home. When you mentioned you had a favorite agent and mentioned them by first & last name is was quite apparent you were very loyal to this person. You also mentioned you did not what to waste this agents time looking at homes. My integrity does not allow me to step in the way of an obviously very solid relationship. Continuing to show you homes, when you told me your intention was to have your preferred agent write your contract, was not in my best interest. I do wish you the best in finding the perfect home.
