As an Arkansas Native who grew up in Pine Bluff, I know this state very well. I
graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in Sport Management. I
spent several years managing Recreation and Sport programs for the City of
Fayetteville.

From there, I moved to Southern California to start a new career in the Fitness
Industry as a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Coach. There I met
my wife, Dana, and we have two beautiful daughters...
