Thank you for your feedback, although I do want to clarify a few key facts. This review was not left by my client, but by the buyer in the transaction, who was represented by a different agent in which the communication went through. I contemplated for months to even respond to this review, and decided I work too hard and passionately to not advocate for myself. Throughout the process, I remained professional, responsive, and honest — qualities my 100+ five-star reviews consistently reflect. The property in question was not a flip of mine, so I’m unsure why that was mentioned. After the offer was accepted, the buyer changed loan products, which introduced new repair requirements not part of the original agreement. Despite this being a contractual issue, I personally covered the cost of several repairs to help keep the deal on track — not something I was obligated to do. Additionally, the buyer and their agent agreed to complete some repairs themselves, which again was an accommodation to avoid the deal falling through causing them to lose their earnest money deposit due to the loan change after acceptance. While it's unfortunate that misinformation can impact ones reputation on a public platform like this, my focus remains on protecting my client’s interests and ensuring a smooth transaction. I genuinely wish you had received clearer guidance from your representation — it may have made this experience better for everyone involved.
