Before becoming a real estate agent, I achieved an Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies. Using this knowledge, I can make complicated real estate transactions trouble-free.  After obtaining my real estate license I began working as an assistant to an established real estate agent. This position allowed me to learn all aspects of the real estate market quickly and effectively, without the "trial and error" other new agents may experience.
