As an attorney I am well aware of the laws associated with service and emotional support animals. A Landlord "May require medical documentation that the animal is needed because of a disability if the disability related need is not obvious or known." https://www.mass.gov/service-details/about-service-and-assistance-animals. Unfortunately this is an area that is abused by many and landlords have a right to proper documentation which is all I was asking for. Many of our units have service animals.
