Dear Lizet alcocer. I have read your review with great concern. It seems there may have been a misunderstanding during our brief interaction. My records do not show any detailed conversation between us, and it appears that the viewing was very briefly, in silence with a quick decision made not to proceed with the rental. I did my best to accommodate a last-minute showing, please realize and it is my attempt to be efficient that was perceived by you as being dismissive or rushed. Regarding the policy of removing shoes, this is a standard practice that helps protect the properties I manage and show. It is in no way intended to be discriminatory. As a professional I would never intentionally be dismissive to a prospective client, and ‘not your business’ simply is not part of my vocabulary. I understand that perceptions can vary and I apologize that you felt this way, it was not my intention. Regarding the video, please understand that as a broker, I am required to respect the owner's privacy and cannot allow videos to be taken without their written consent. I offered you an approved video of the property, but you overlooked it and continued to making your own. I am kindly asking you to delete this video file.
