I sincerely want to thank you for listing with me & my team. I’d like to remind you that it was advised not to place offers on other homes prior to having yours listed from the start & the withdrawal definitely did not help. There were also multiple showings cancelled (Understandably) at pivotal points. I advised as I was supposed to, put the right amount of money behind marketing & drew the proper attention. Your situation was unique & emotional I get it, but me being green had nothing to do with the performance of your home on the market. I wish you & your family nothing but the best, happy holidays & an easier future sale.
