Alyce Decker is a local beach resident for almost 40 years and has spent the past twenty years as a consultant research urban planner in northeast Florida. She holds a MA in Urban & Regional Planning from the University of Florida, a  MA in Corporate & Political Communication from Fairfield University in Connecticut, and a B A in Sociology from Marquette University in Wisconsin.
