I am so sorry you were unhappy with how your transaction was handled. I try my best to advise my clients during real estate transactions, so any pushback on your requests was purely my concern for the client's interest. As far as the final walkthrough, you reached out to the listing agent to schedule it without my knowledge. I was not made aware of this until I showed up on the day of the walkthrough and you had already completed the walkthrough at an earlier time than we had originally scheduled. I take much pride in my ability to provide exceptional service to my clients, and I apologize if you feel like I did not do that! Wish you the best.
