I am DEAD. 10 stars out of 5.... I wish I had 6 thumbs LOL. You guys were so patient and trusting and I'm so glad you chose me to be your agent for your very first home. Classic case of third time's the charm! God really had his hand in your deal and the fact that you got a new roof, new water heater, closing costs covered (even money back), and all the repairs you asked for with a gift card as a cherry on top was EPIC. *brushes shoulders*. I still can't believe even after 2 rejected offers that the one you landed on was STILL pretty quick after we had our first call. You guys killed it at this first time buyer thing! Cheers to an exciting new chapter.
