Thanks Erica, I appreciate your honesty. I worked diligently to help yall, not only with the sale of your home but the purchase of another home and I'm still working on another sale. If I don't have an answer I try to find out where I can gain that knowledge. Each sale is a learning experience. Not everyone can be totally happy, but most of my clients have been....
