Hi Jason, I'm a professional realtor. I've been doing this along time. That's why I have my broker's license. I do not take anyone out unless they are qualified. Some landlords are difficult to work with, and expect great credit and income. Sorry that you feel this way. There's nothing I can do about the requirements to obtain an apartment.
