Hi Barbara I'm sorry you had a bad experience with us. I am still unsure where we lost the track on this one but after you confirmed in writing the $500 cash gift I generously offered you to help pay for your minor and simple carpentry repairs the inspectors cited I assumed you were happy. We sincerely hope the home is working out as you did pick a good one! To the reader of the above review, if you have any concerns or questions about this being anything other than a classic "No Good Deed Goes Unpunished" story of us trying to provide 5 Star service by helping this person with a cash gift to help with some repairs, happy to provide hard proof this person confirmed the amount in writing with the reply "thank you!" months before she sued me as well as the complaint pending with the WA state Judicial Conduct Commission against the judge who presided over our case.
