First off, thank you for your service for our country! It made me so happy that your buyers were veterans as well- very special. I am so glad that you did not try and do it "for sale by owner" as your wife had hinted to me before our listing appointment! Selling a house can be a tricky process. We needed a place for some haystacks, and the search was on! I got to see some amazing countryside to the west and up through the North Georgia Mountains while showing you farm properties.
