Adrianne Zimmerman (who also goes by Annie) has worked in real estate since 2013. After helping her mom form the Mindy Zimmerman Team, she took over as team lead in 2022, when the team name changed to Housing Habits with the Annie Zimmerman Team. Mindy and Annie still work closely together on the team, along with their other teammates, James, Kathy, Shannon, Kate, & Sandy.
Annie is also a dual-licensee and also works in Atlanta, Ga on occasion.
