Charged $1370 for pulley, 2 springs, rollers. Added $300 for door balancing, not usually charged. Didn't install safety cable, a hazard with kids, possibly against code. No proper invoice, pricing seems made up. No reviews over a year old; might operate until sued then rebrand. Buyer beware.
