Frank Archuleta is retired Army Officer, he earned a Master's Degree from St. Edward's University in Austin, TX and another Master's Degree in Administration from the University of Notre Dame at South Bend, IN.
In 2008, I moved to San Antonio, TX from Kansas City, MO where was a licensed Realtor servicing the needs of families to obtain homes. In San Antonio I became active in Cub Scouts, The Veterans of Foreign Wars, and Animal Rights.
