We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Providence, RILocal knowledgeProcess expertiseResponsivenessNegotiation skillsMs. Covington was difficult to work with and unresponsive to my concerns and needs. Next time I am looking for a place in this area, I will definitely reach out to a different real estate professional.

Unfortunately, this was a disgruntled renter who broke his lease. I insisted that he pay the remainder of his lease to my client, the landlord.
