    Respectfully, you purchased a home that is over 50 years old and conducted a home inspection prior to closing. You were fully satisfied with the results of the inspection at that time. Naturally, with a home of this age, some additional work may be required over time, as it is not a brand-new construction. We have made multiple attempts to reach out and assist you, but unfortunately, you have not responded to any of our efforts. Instead, you have chosen to leave negative online reviews about matters that are beyond our control. This situation could be handled in a far more constructive and productive manner. As real estate brokers, we take great pride in providing our clients with the highest quality service. However, it is unfair to hold us accountable for issues related to the home inspection. We were not responsible for that process, and it is reasonable to expect that an older home may require additional maintenance. We sincerely hope to hear from you so we can work together to resolve this matter in a way that benefits everyone.
