    Mr, Dinapoli- I'm sorry that you have chosen to write such a poor and inaccurate review of my services. The truth is that you were treated with the utmost care and professionalism throughout the time frame that we worked together. While you were in Connecticut, I coordinated cleaning, pressure washing, painting , plumbing repairs, and also personally purchased items for your unit. Often times, paying these contractors myself as you lacked access to simple online payment technology. I also personally checked on the unit and often kept it tidy myself to assist with the sales process. When you returned to Florida, you chose to spend your days at the golf course even though you lived down the street from the unit. I still continued to check on the unit regularly and advise you of things you needed to do to get it sold. The things that I did for you far exceeded the realm of my responsibilities and my scope of work. I did this in addition to my actual responsibilities which are to professionally market the property, handle showings, update you regularly on the market activity and negotiate your contracts. Coming to a public platform in an effort to discredit me over a simple misunderstanding says a lot about your character but it doesn't align with your actions. You thought enough of my services and knowledge to not only sign with me once, but to re-sign with me at the end of the initial listing period. I'm certain if I wasn't professional or was lacking in skills and ability you would've found another agent. As a matter of fact, your failure to listen to my initial price recommendations and expertise resulted in you chasing the market all the way down for several months. Despite all of this, once you listened my continuous updates and recommendations on how to best position your home in the market a solid buyer was secured, qualified, and brought to the closing table within 30 days. Up until a day before closing, my assistant was still begging and waiting for you to sign needed documents at the close of the sale. This is what caused internal confusion about what the rate was at my former company. When I brought this to your attention the day before closing you became too irate to even listen. The way that I treated you demonstrates that its not just about the money. It was always the eagerness and willingness to help people even when they are too selfish to acknowledge my hard work and contributions.
