Thank you for sharing your perspective. While I did not represent you as the seller in this transaction, my professional responsibility was to my buyer client. I am glad that all terms were ultimately met, even after some difficult conversations. When terms and conditions in a contract are agreed upon and signed by both parties, they must be honored as written. There cannot be last-minute negotiations over items that have already been agreed upon. My responsibility was to ensure that the contract was followed through to closing, and I’m pleased my client had a great experience buying her first home with me!
