I’m sorry to hear that you feel this way about your experience, but I want to clarify that your statements do not reflect how I conduct my business or treat my clients. I take pride in maintaining professionalism, honesty, and care in every transaction I handle. At no point did I threaten, insult, or mislead you. No one “swindled” you into buying a co-op — you sold your previous co-op through another agent and made your own purchasing decisions with full transparency. In fact, I advised you NOT to sell, but because you needed to leave for personal reasons, you decided to proceed forward. You also chose not to move forward with a home inspection because you preferred to allocate funds toward the $500 application fee instead. Inspections or additional due diligence are always the buyer’s choice and responsibility, and I always encourage clients to perform them. It’s also important to note that you reached out to me after many other agents did not want to take on the challenge, and I still dedicated my time and effort to help you achieve your goal. While I understand that buying or selling a home can be stressful, I take these accusations very seriously and strongly disagree with your characterization. I wish you the best moving forward.
