Maleah, I am very sorry to hear your frustration to the situation. We make it our goal to be as responsive as possible to every person we manage in repairs in which the plumbing company was backed up to extreme temperatures to fix the lines. We aim to have every home returned to proper condition and your cleaning was completed after your move out, which lead to us having to ask for you guys to come back afterwards after finding things that were left over. I appreciate your feedback as we look to improve in our communication to try and prevent frustrations, but also enforce the proper requirements of our lease agreements and move outs.
