I showed them so much courtesy during this time & we executed a contract that was signed by them and the seller.The inspection went terrific and she was extremely happy, everything seemed perfect. About a week before closing she became frightened and changed her attitude claiming they could not afford this although they were preapproved and had the money to close. They wanted to cancel the contract and the sellers ,rightfully so, were very upset and threatened to hold their deposit. I told them this just to alert them for this possibility. Long story short, I did get them out of this impending sale, however, the seller was not signing the document that by Florida law was required to have signed in order to release their deposit. I am very saddened that they would write a negative response about me but I just want to set the record straight. I have been a Realtor for 22 years here in South Florida, and my reputation is impeccable. Thank You
