Bought a Single Family home in 2024 in Deptford, NJ.Local knowledgeProcess expertiseResponsivenessNegotiation skillsBea is fine, but I would strongly recommend against using her as a first time home buyer as she has clear biases and doesn’t do very much to assist throughout the process.

Hi Steve, Thank you for the review. I didn't realize you were unhappy, especially since the transaction closed in February of this year. I was under the impression that everything went smoothly since everyone was happy at the closing table.
