Alex was not my client in this transaction as he was the buyer. I represented the seller, and I have a legal obligation to represent my client to the best of my abilities. If Alex is unhappy, then I recommend he follow up with his buyer agent, Sonya Shastri. There are several things in this review that are inaccurate and false. Regardless of who is the source of these claims, Alex is responsible for posting truthful information. With regard to the sign post, I let the buyer agent know that the sign post company was closed during the week of Christmas and New Year’s. The order to remove the sign post was put in before Christmas (which the buyer agent may not have relayed to her client). 4356 Yerba Buena Ave is a tranquil home with a beautiful view of the foothills. Most buyers are excited to buy a new home, especially over the holidays. Alex, please follow up with your agent.
