Thank you for this review. I am sorry that you feel did not have a good experience. I began showing you homes in the fall and all winter. You work very long hours and I remember many showing in the snow and in the dark. I gladly made myself available at times that worked for you. We found this home in the spring and closed in early June of 2018. I know you reminded me that you were coming up on your lease and we needed to find somewhere for you to go. I am sorry if you felt that was pushy. After several months of looking and a looming release, which you did not want, I was thrilled when you loved this home. I asked if you had an inspector, you said know. I asked if you wanted some names, you said yes. I gave you 2. I joked and said "one I call analog and one is digital". Both are good inspectors that I have used many times. You chose the one you wanted and made the appointment yourself. I was at the appointment the entire time. When the report came in I asked what you thought. You had some concerns and I assumed you wanted to talk to your parents or boyfriend. I made sure you understood the time frame and options, and to let me know what you wanted to do within 48 hrs of the inspection as per the Purchase Agreement. You called back later and said you were moving forward. You never asked about any other options. I have a courier company that delivers the closing gifts. I do not mail them as breakage has been an issue. If you did not get the box, I wish you would have said something then. I paid for the basket and the delivery. I know you work long hours , is there a possibility that it could have been taken off the porch. I have sent Christmas cards. There are feedback forms and anniversary cards that were sent. To say I never reached out is simply not true. Again, I am sorry you do not feel I helped you enough. I have hundreds of happy customers and I always strive to make all of my clients happy.
