Andrew/Ray, I am disappointed by your review as it is littered with inconsistencies and misinformation. I will leave here an excerpt from our email communication, offering your availability for Saturday - “No worries! And if 1:00 on Sunday doesn't work for you, we'll be available 4:00 and later on Saturday. “ In addition, you admit yourself in the review that you did not check your messages until you arrived at the property, and also admitted that I did in fact send an email at 3:45, but again your statement is incorrect as I asked in the email – “Checking to see if you're still making the showing at 4:00 p.m., sent a text a bit ago”, and again I did not receive a reply from you. Lastly, you sent a text at 4:07 stating you arrived at the property, not at 4:02 as you stated in the review. I also physically left the property at 3:55pm as you did not respond to my text or email. Am I supposed to magically know your train is late if you do not reply to my 2 attempts at confirming the appointment? I do however ultimately agree that we both did waste our time. Next time if you are to leave a review at least make it an honest one. Good luck with your apartment search and enjoy your new home.
