Bobby was born with the passion of real estate thanks to his grandfather, Bob Warhurst, founder of Merrifield Garden Center. At a young age he taught him about the value of land, hard work and the importance of family. Those values remained core to Bobby as he grew up in Clifton, Virginia playing football, baseball and basketball and running around the neighborhood with friends.
