Bonnie McKean Greenhouse joined Greenhouse Real Estate in 1994. She brought over 15 years' experience in processing and underwriting conventional and government mortgages, having worked for several different lending institutions. She also serves as office manager of the appraisal division of Greenhouse RE.  This gives her a unique prospective on the housing market and home buying process.
