Consulted me on buying or selling a home in MN 55063.Local knowledgeProcess expertiseResponsivenessNegotiation skillsContacted Bonnie to look at a property to purchase with a VA loan. Bonnie has no idea how they work, and will misinform veterans about how they can use their loans. Find someone else.

Oh My!!!! I have never even spoken to this person on the phone. I have been A pretty successful real estate agent for over 26 years I pride myself on working with our veterans I love helping them and being able to thank them for their service. In fact, I have a son who is a veteran and served in the army for eight years. I am one proud mama. This buyer wanted to look at homes that were in such disarray that they would not even qualify for a VA loan so I suggested to her that she contact her lender about these homes and see what they thought. Obviously, she did not like my answer and now is Saying these things about me, I believe my reputation and care for our veterans and my clients is proof that I go above and beyond for my clients.
