Thank you for your feedback. Just to clarify, our role was limited to representing the owner in finding a tenant and helping facilitate the lease. We are not involved in ongoing property management or communication between tenants and the owner once the lease begins. All rent, deposits, and maintenance questions are handled directly with the owner, and we understand your full deposit was refunded at the end of the lease. We know these situations can be frustrating, and we wish you the best moving forward.
